3. Client engagements
Where we provide consulting, development, or support services to a client, the specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for that engagement will be set out separately in a signed agreement, proposal, or statement of work between Linear Bridge Limited and the client. Where these Terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence for that engagement.
4. Payments
Where payment is required for our services or products, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Flutterwave. By making a payment, you agree to that provider's applicable terms in addition to ours. Fees, invoicing terms and payment schedules for consulting engagements will be set out in the relevant agreement or invoice.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on this website, and all underlying software for our products including RentIt, remain the property of Linear Bridge Limited. Custom software or deliverables developed for a specific client under a signed agreement are governed by the ownership terms of that agreement.
6. RentIt-specific terms
Use of RentIt by property owners, agents, tenants, or administrators is subject to these Terms and any additional terms presented within the RentIt platform at the point of account creation. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, including tenant, payment, and property records.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linear Bridge Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Third-party services
Our Services may reference or link to third-party services, including payment processors and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
